The TED Talk I chose to watch is Greta Thunburg's and her take on the Climate Change issue. She talks about the alarming way people are not taking enough action towards it. A quote she says in it is "Some people say that I should be in school instead. Some people say that I should study to become a climate scientist so that I can ‘solve the climate crisis.’ But the climate crisis has already been solved. We already have all the facts and solutions. All we have to do is to wake up and change." She addresses how everything about how to fix the issue is presented and all that is left to do is for every single person to do their part in helping.

Essentially even though it is a problem that is worldwide, it is not a one man's job that can save everything, every individual's contribution matters so greatly. It kind of like addressing the issue of racism. It's a world wide problem but the solution is there, and obviously everyone's mindset cannot change at once, but in order to make a change, it all starts from our home where we must teach the one's near us about the issue, educate them, so it spreads. Every individual could take their part to teach about racism within their own community so in the world it is a gradual change. Climate change is an issue that takes a long time to make change in gradually, it cannot all happen at once. It is not possible that once everything truly is deteriorating in front of our eyes, then only people will start to care and do something, it will be too late by then.
